I received some very interesting info on what to do if you are alone and think you are having a heart attack. I sent this info to a lot of you then I asked Dale to put it on the cousins blog. He investigated and found out what I was sending was bad info. He sent me a email that explains why the coughcpr method is not a good idea. please read
