Just wanted to say hi to everyone, it's been awhile since I've written.
CONGRATULATIONS to Michelle (Colleen's daughter) and Alex (David's son) on their graduations! What a wonderful time of life.....everything ahead of you! We wish you both the best of luck and hope all your dreams come true! I'm sorry we can't come to the parties. Frank is working 6 days a week, 9 hours a day. It doesn't leave much time for anything!
Sorry to hear John Walker was in the hospital again. I'm glad they got the meds straight. I had a similar incident 2 weeks ago,,,once again, the meds had to be re-adjusted. It never ends!!!
Good to hear Don Walker is recovering.
Nice to hear news from Howard and Chris!!
How is Dwight and family doing? Haven't heard anything for quite some time now.
Yvonne (Garfield's wife, my Mom) is doing about the same. She knows who people are, IF she can see them. Her eyesight is not very good and add that to the dementia from the stroke, it makes life tough. But she is holding her own,,,she still forgets if she's eaten lunch though! So take a treat with you if you go!
Jinny and her family are doing great. They continue to up-date their house. It's really a cute place. I've done all the landscaping, and dug up flowers from home, planted shrubs, lined with cement scallops etc. It really looks cute! She is still at Applebee's at Scottsdale, so stop and see her if get a chance.
We've been out in the boat a few times this year, not as much as in the past. We're surely hoping gas prices come back down! We went to Lake Wawasee last Sunday, and I was amazed at how few boats were on the water. It was really eerie. I have never seen that few boats on a nice day or on Memorial day. But as the afternoon progressed, more came out, but not nearly the crowd as usual.
It's very, very hot and humid here this week. The shrubs and flowers are just going crazy, they are huge this year. I have many, many peonies, in various pinks and whites,,,they are all in bloom, just huge! You can smell them when you open the back door,,,,just lovely!!!
Greg & Carolyn (Ed & Mary Walker's son) moved to a house last summer just 1 mile down the road from me. More of the Walker's in Osceola again!! I have a little Honda mini bike (very old, 1986 or something) that I take out for rides. It's so much fun, it goes about 25 or 30mp. I'll be visiting them on the mini bike soon!!
That is all the news,,,,just getting ready for vacation, leaving June 28th for Oregon. We're definitely looking forward to it!

If a picture can be worth a thousand words then a photo a Barbara on a Honda mini-bike must be worth at least 3500 words. I'd like to see that!
