The Historical document below is a letter from the President to my Mom right afer my Dad died. It carries a post mark from Washington D.C. dated Februday 17, 1984. My Dad died on December 17, 1983. The return address on the envelope is "The White House". I trust this additional informaton will shed more light on it.
