OK, my official excuse for being late with this is that I travel too much. OOOps, I mean I travel a lot. My document will look much like last year and there will be a link eventually on the right side of the blog. Let me know if you have any trouble with it. Dale has posted a link, as an RTF file on the right side of the blog near the top. If I think you are not online, I will be mailing some people copies. Please let your extended family know about the event. I do not have a complete listing of e-mails or addresses. Let me hear about questions or suggestions. New this year is a Drury Inn on the west side of the interstate. Please let me know if you will be here on Thursday July 3rd as I will have food here for whoever shows up at whatever hour that night.
Highlights this year are the Waffles Sunday morning courtesy of Doris and her helpers. When you are here, be sure to introduce yourself to somebody you don't recognize and find out what you have in common and how you are related. I like Chuck Lehr's line: Just tell me who your Grandpa is and then I will know who you are.
I am off to a wedding in California next week and Robin is off to a wedding in Iowa next week. She is taking swimming lessons in preparation for her trip.

this will be the first (maybe second) year i wont be able to attend... i hope everyone has a fun time
I have been looking forward to the reunion again. Last year it was one of the best times I had.
However, now that we are close at hand we have had to decide not to attend this year. Neither of us really have the stength to make the trip. We kind of go day to day here at home and we are having a tough time making that. I am harder and harder to take care of. More doctors. More appointments. Back tothe hospital twice in the last six month and continuing pain and hurt.
But we will be thinking of you and wish we could be there.
