Forgotten Passwords

Well as we all get older (myself included) we tend to forget things, like passwords. I've been contacted twice in the last week or so and thought I'd go over it a bit. The first thing is I don't have your passwords. The all knowing people at Google knew this would happen and have a solution in place.
