This is a picture of the Walker gathering in Iowa this week. A big thanks to Anthony for providing the know-how to use the camera's self timer. It is interesting that this photo only represents 2 generations. We went to Anthony and Emily's church on Sunday and this photo was taken in our condo right before before we sat down for our Turkey dinner. Monday we went to Sioux City to see a wood carving of the Last Supper and stopped off in LeMars to visit with my college roommate and his family. Tuesday Anthony and Emily showed us around the area, except I stayed back to fix turkey noodles for the travellers.
I will get home early next week after being gone nearly 2 months. When I get settled, I will try to post pictures from other mini reunions from my trip. Attached also is a picture of a bear encounter in South Dakota. Boy, did Robin ever get that window up fast!!! We got snowed on in SD and Colorado.
