Robin's recovery is going slower than expected, but at least it is moving ahead without other longterm issues. Robin has been in a rehab hospital since July 10 and has been getting twice a day therapy. The wanted to keep her until she can stand to have her knee bent to a 90 degrees angle. Yesterday she made 87 degrees. Normal would be more like 120 degrees.
We are expecting to have Robin released on Wednesday August 5. This will be her first day home since the campout. She can walk some with a cane but is mostly on a walker. We are hoping she can get upstairs to the bedroom, albeit slowly. Robin appreciates the support she has received from all of you.
It is a good thing that she is getting home as the dishes are stacked nearly to the ceiling in the kitchen.

Even though I can not be there, welcome home Robin............and of course there is "no place like home."
Thomas!
Robin had better be the ONLY dish to be seen in that kitchen!
(you're such a stinker!) I bet the truth is that you'll be all excited about having her come home and probably have things extra nice for her because you love her so much!
Robin came home today for her first time in a month. She is getting around the house with a cane but also has a walker. The Princess was particularly happy to see her. She was getting hungry.
I took Deb's advice and made things "extra nice" at the house. I neatly stacked the dirty dishes in two piles on top of the dishwasher so they would be easier for Robin to get to.
Tom, You have hidden them in the garage by your tool box. She wouldn't have noticed. Glad to hear Robin is back home. I know Princess is happier.
Well! I guess I know what Robin will be doing with that cane! She'll use it on the "Walker" she has!
Tom.............Who do you think you are dealing with.......give it up. I know for a fact that Deb will have the last word, and has a way to twist your words to make it allyour fault......just give it up......
