I've realized that as the Walker cousins reach new stages in life, there is a bigger need for more frequent communication. What I have decided to do, is try to offer a solution. I've come up with a way for us to have an online bulletin board. This will be a good way for you to either share family information, or to learn something about the concerns of the family. Previously, our family updates have been made by phone and email, but occasionally someone accidentally gets left out of the loop.
We talked to Robin's doctor and he said everything went well with no problems. Robin was groggy and not feeling well as would be expected. Tonight she is sleeping some and I will be at the hospital overnight. Robin said at one point she was getting crabby and must be feeling better. I can post updates here. Robin is expected to be here until Friday.
For those who hadn't heard, Iris had a shoulder replacement on Tuesday and Robin had a knee replaced on the same day. Robin is slowly improving and was up for a bit today. She is scheduled to be home on Friday.
