Going to Kings Island
Okay a change of plans................Going to Kings Island on Friday, July 3rd, not Saturday the 4th. So far we have five of us going.................any other takers...............Rachel Drew, Makenzie, Morgan and her friend Maddie, and me (Doris).... are the group so far. We are coming down on Thursday the 2nd, and going to the park Friday Morning., and returning to Toms sometime friday night......Depending how exhausted the girls get...............Let me rephrase that.....That would be how exhausted I get. I think Carol will probably want to go, too. She just finished final exams, so now she can start thinking about the rest of the summer.
Do you need to know ahead of time? Also, I need to check, but I may be able to buy discounted tickets through work.

Kroger and AAA often have tickets in this area. However, it is common for them to be available for only certain days. It is harder to get discount tickets that close to a holiday.
Craig, that would be great. We would love to have Carol go with us.....Do you know when you are planning getting to Tom's....We are going down on Thursday afternoon. If Carol would like to go with us on Thursday that would be fine. I know you are taking Scott to the academy, and was not sure when that would be.
And yes if you can get tickets at a discount let me know. I found some for a couple dollars off, but that was only on line. I can get discounts for Great America but that is all. I could qualify for a senior price....Guess getting older works for something I do not now the cut off ages are for the girls....Morgan is 12, Kenzie 14, Rachel 18, and Morgan's friend I thinkis also 12. The girls will be thrilled to have Carol on board

I have a spare ticket to King's Island. It is good for any day. The cost is 27.50 which is heavily discounted compared to the price at King's Island. Our City Park service sells them at that price. My class was going to go, but we resceduled due to heavy rain on the day we were going.

Doris, I am not sure if I will see Linda before this weekend, but I will get you the six tickets. I could bring them down to Tom's house at least by June 30th or you can mail me a check, and I can mail them to you. I will get them before I leave for Gettysburg on Saturday, and I'll let you know. I might see Coleen and give them to her by Thursday.

This sounds like a good plan... I guess I could go on this trip... I think I'll try the Kroger here or the Meijer for like $25... so I'll know closer to that day but I was planning on driving in on Thursday night anyway. So I will be ready to go on Friday morning... I can be a morning person for Kings Island... Quick question who is going to wait???
Okay, Dave, are you still getting the 6 tickets that I need for Kings Island. I assume that Dani is going to get her own, or will let you know. Also someone told me that people can go between the amusement park and the water park with the same ticket. Is that true? I thought if it was a really hot day that day the girls could spend some time at the water park as well............but I had not heard that they could be used at poth parks....Just wondering!!!!!
Doris, I got your message while in Gettysburg and I did not buy any Kings Island tickets.
