Don Walker woodworking

I found an old laminated article in a now defunct local newspaper called Senior Life, in December 1991. I took a photo of it and attached it. You might have to zoom in to read it. Also I am taking pictures of every single thing I have that my dad made out of wood. I would like to make a collection of pictures. So if you have something made out of wood by Don Walker (It will most likely have DRW woodburned into the bottom), please take a picture of it and email it to me at jlwalker19@msn.com. I want to make prints so send me the best resolution picture size that you can. Also attached is a picture of dad with some of the cars and other toys he made.

Nice job Jack. I will take pics when I get home. Your Dad told me that the black walnut lamp he made for me was the largest piece he ever put on the lathe. He made 4 lamps from him in 1988 when we moved into our current house and we have a clock, bowl etc. It is fun to see Don's handiwork when we visit other Walker homes.

Should I send you a picture of my face? Your dad always made a smile on it.
