Craig already thanked you for your participation in the funeral and your presence at such a time. Since that time my mom has received a mountain of cards, so I want to thank you on her behalf for those, as well as to say thank you for the cards I received.
Mom and I are doing fine. Of course we have our private moments. Isn't Jesus Christ great that we can follow him and turn a funeral into a celebration? Dad lived a full life, and his legacy will not end. I can picture him in Heaven with his original family, especially his mom.

Thanks for posting. I am glad the funeral was a celebration of life instead of talking about death the whole time. Your dad is in a better place. I believe it was a very happy reunion.
