I've realized that as the Walker cousins reach new stages in life, there is a bigger need for more frequent communication. What I have decided to do, is try to offer a solution. I've come up with a way for us to have an online bulletin board. This will be a good way for you to either share family information, or to learn something about the concerns of the family. Previously, our family updates have been made by phone and email, but occasionally someone accidentally gets left out of the loop.

Elaine,
I can't believe rain, but I know you need it. We are expecting rain around Sacramento as well on Thursday. We need it badly as well. Our weather has been too gorgeous for January.
I do not like rain, but do seem to attract it when I travel. Bill and I were in San Diego in 1977 during a drought and it poured for several days while we were there.
I forgot to ask you when I talked to you the other day: the John and Bob's soil stuff you used, was it the one you spray on or the granules? We are thinking of getting the granules because it is specifically for clay soil. They do sell it in Sacramento.
Have a wonderful birthday cruise!!!

Carol:
The John & Bob's Soil Optimizer is granular form. Their newest addition is the Liquid Biotiller. I have heard good things about it, but have not used it yet. You might email John Valentino at jmvalentino@sbcglobal.net and describe your situation. Tell him you are a client of mine, and that you want to make sure you get the right product.
