The picture of the horse and wagon I believe was taken across the street to the East of the old Palmer Funeral Home where Grandpa Walker's funeral viewing was held. It is just West of the old Mishawaka High School Now a furniture store on Lincolnway West in Mishawaka. My Dad states on the back of the picture "It was a float I had in the Mishawaka Big M Circus of May 1916. Parade was staged by the Mishawaka High School This add was used to win the $1000.00 Curtis Publishing Co. contest. 'Signed' Ray Walker. The boy with the drum is Rolin Lentz."
The picture of Grandma with her sister and brothers is undated. There is no writing on the picture.

Thank you John for sharing this one with the family. I really enjoy the older photos.
Grandma Walker always looked the same to me. I remember her most as the kids ran through the kitchen while she was preparing food especially on the old wood stove in the kitchen.
