I had a nice visit with everyone at the reunion. The only bad part was that the food was soooo good! The favorite dish I had was the corn casserole -- only because I hadn't had it before and REALLY liked it. Could the wonderful person who made it please share the recipe with me?

Come on now June, you know you can't get good corn in California! How are you going to make it without that wonderful midwestern sweet corn???
June, I do have this particular recipe for the corn casserole, but I do have a couple of favorites.....If you do not get this one, let me know and I will send you a couple of mine.....Doris
Thanks, Doris. I would like your versions. Does anyone know who made the one at the reunion?

okay June,,,,,,as soon as I get through this weekend.....I have 14 people staying with us for the Notre Dame Football Game this weekend, so I will be a tad busy.... but will get them to you as soon as possible. I cannot think of who brought the corn casserole either............Doris
I think it was Diane Marks. I helped her carry in her dishes and one of them was corn casserole. Was it in a flat Corningware dish?
If so, I am sure it was Diane's.

Thanks, Diane for the recipe! I know I'll bake it once I get back home.

Hey, what about the rest of us?? I've been reading about this yummy corn dish for 4 days, and was looking forward to seeing the recipe here. If it's too long to put here, can Diane please email it to me at pesitz@cox.net? Thanks.
Here is Diane's recipe:
1 pkg Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
2/3 c. oil
4 eggs
½ t. garlic salt
2 cans cream corn
Mix together in casserole and top with grated cheese (optional)
Bake 45 min and 325. Can be frozen

I knew there was something corny about us Walkers. Of course I am speaking for my self. We liked it too Diane.
